Discovery Dialogue Workshops
Discovery Dialogue Workshops are professional (and fun) conversational experiences that empower young people to feel a greater connection with their own purpose (which has the effect of making life feel much less overwhelming).
Our presenters are community leaders who care about sharing perspectives, advice, ideas, and connections. Our goal is to help students see more opportunities within their community — which can spark fresh ideas for future goals.
Discovery Dialogue workshops are a tangible form of support for young people. Kids feel seen, heard, and supported; and walk away feeling inspired.
Youth Success Conference
A Youth Success Conference is a full-day event where instead of attending classes, students have options to attend:
Guest Speaker breakout sessions on a variety of life skills or career topics
Job Fair to explore post-high school educational or career options

A DYP Youth Success Conference is an exciting day filled with interesting choices and fun options to help young people explore a fulfilling path after high school.
