We understand the long hours and stress that teachers take on each day in service to our youth. The CAYS program was designed for educators by educators. The modules are flexible—meaning, teachers can continue what they’re doing and simply incorporate a few tweaks that will improve connection, trust, and engagement with their students. Discover Your Purpose is also a good fit for after-school programs and other youth organizations.

A member of the CAYS team will facilitate in-person or virtual training sessions for administrators or educators. Learn how to seamlessly integrate the CAYS Discover Your Purpose exercises into classroom culture and improve student engagement. Our program meets Core Content ELA Standards and Standards for Career Readiness. School systems that adopt the curriculum report improved attendance and higher test scores.

Meetings happen the 2nd Monday of every month at 5:30pm PST and YOU’RE INVITED! Our meetings provide refreshing moments of connection. We bring communities together—parents, students, educators, business people, and public servants—because we believe we can collectively inspire and empower our youth. Our events are uplifting and create a web of support for students in and out of the classroom. the CAYS community cares about and supports students from all backgrounds because the health of our community depends on the success of our youth.

Many adults want to help young people but aren’t sure how to go about it. We’ve solved that problem with our Mentor Program. We train community members to be proficient Discover Your Purpose facilitators and connect them with schools. The collaboration between students, their school, and their community builds relationships that lead to internships, job training opportunities, and future careers that support the local community and businesses.

We facilitate 2-hour workshops for companies excited about becoming CAYS volunteers. We also offer training to schools and youth empowerment organizations wanting to experience the Discover Your Purpose approach to improved motivation and well-being. A CAYS workshop guides people to experience a deeper connection with their interests, talents, pursuits, and passions.
