This workshop is for you if:

  • You struggle with confidence and focus during job interviews.

  • Need guidance with job preparedness and interviewing skills. 


Workshop details:

This workshop will focus on how to successfully navigate being in the job market and be prepared for the job interview.  There is a heavy emphasis on self-awareness and recognizing personal strengths that will affect confidence levels in any situation.  Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to prepare and present themselves to be taken seriously for employment opportunities.


Meet Chancellor Tzomes

Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, California Coast Credit Union

Chancellor has over 30 years of Human Resource experience and is widely recognized as a subject matter expert and consultant for hiring, managing, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion for corporations, both large and small.  He has a B.A. in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, an Executive MBA from California State University, Sacramento, and was awarded a Certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University.  He has genuine passion for DEI and uplifting youth, and was born under a champion of diversity leadership. On the personal side, Chance has a 25-year-old daughter with a Master's in social work doing mental health therapy, he manages a catering business (Chance's Chicken), and rides his Harley Davidson Motorcycle for relaxation.
