This workshop is for you if:

  • You don't know what you want to do when you grow up.

  • You want to seek adventure and follow the off the beaten career path.

  • You want to explore more of who you are as a person and discover passion along the way for what drives you.

Workshop details:

This workshop is great for any student who isn’t sure of what they want to do when they grow up. This will talk through some of the ideas out there and paths that exist outside of the “standard” roles people consider after graduating high school. This workshop will remind students that it is okay to not know what you want to do when you grow up and that there are limitless possibilities out there as long as you are capable of taking a leap of faith and follow your passion.

Meet Eric Dillemuth

Education Program Specialist, I Love a Clean San Diego

Originally from Texas, I have spent the majority of my career bouncing around living a nomadic lifestyle, after graduating college at West Virginia University with a BA in Environmental Geoscience. After graduation I spent a year as an AmeriCorps Volunteer, traveling the USA, which led me to outdoor experiential education realm where I lived on Catalina Island, traveled around the world, and spent a few summers in Australia. All of these experiences have cultivated my love for the environment and desire to educate people about their impact on the planet, which ultimately led me to put roots down in San Diego and start my current position at the nonprofit I Love A Clean San Diego.

Always say yes to the adventure
