Youth Mindset Coach and Founder, Youth Fit2Lead

Hello, future leaders! My name is Karen, and I am a Youth Mindset + Life Coach and the founder of Youth Fit2Lead. I am proud to share that I graduated from San Jose State in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Business Marketing.

As a former struggling student myself, I understand the challenges that many youth face today. But I also know that each and every one of us has the power to overcome obstacles and achieve greatness.

My mission is to empower young people like you with the skills to handle life's ups and downs, to think for yourself and make smart decisions, and to pursue your passions fearlessly. Together, we'll discover the power that lies within you, and unlock your true potential. So join me for a workshop that will inspire you, challenge you, and help you become the best version of yourself. Let's start creating the life of your dreams today!

The mind is everything. What you think you become.
